A tailor-made immersive journey, carried by the sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, shamanic drum and handpan. Roll out your yoga mat, settle in comfortably, and allow yourself to be guided by the vibrations and the voice of Gabrielle.

For the first time, she will be joined by Greg Bromey, sound practitioner and musician, who has been creating well-being and yoga sessions for several years, mainly through the vibrations of singing bowls. He regularly collaborates with lyrical singers and musicians from various traditions, offering deep and enveloping experiences in a wide range of settings, from churches to opera houses.

A sensitive and complementary duo, inviting you to slow down, reconnect, and take gentle care of yourself.

What can our voice teach us about ourselves and our relationship to the world? I invite you on a journey inward, to dare to explore everything that makes us vibrate, as well as everything that holds us back. This voice exploration retreat will, for the first time, last three full days.

We will of course approach the technical foundations, breath awareness and vocal gesture. Then we will move toward discovering our Medicine Voice, in order to become aware of crystallized emotions, to dare to express them, and to bring compassion to all our wounded parts.

During this retreat, we will begin to write our personal mantra of the moment, an affirmation that anchors a chosen reality into the physical world. By understanding the power of the words we choose and the basic principles of this form of writing, we will discover a powerful tool for the gentle, step by step (re)creation of ourselves.

We will also meet the living world, trees and horses, listening to their medicine melody and offering our own in return.

Drum circles will allow us to go even further in this liberation process and to celebrate together the song of our voices.

We will alternate between group work and individual moments. All vocal levels are welcome. If you have any questions about the content of this retreat, feel free to contact me.

Individual technical work, breath, and musicality, in a workshop co-led with pianist Sébastien Escudero, on songs of your choice — lyrical or not. A final concert on Saturday evening will be the culmination of this experience (optional).
